Support the beekeeper while sampling an array of Northwest honey varietals!
At the start of each season, you will receive three 8-oz plastic (BPA-free) squeeze bottles of Northwest varietal honey (12 bottles total in a year). The harvest date, apiary location, and primary nectar source(s) are written on each label. These samplers also include notes describing the nectar source plants, apiary ecology, and honey character for each of the three varietals. Each set generally (with some exceptions) includes one early/late-season small-batch wildflower honey, one main-season blackberry honey, and one Willamette Valley crop honey. It is our hope to provide 12 unique honeys without repeating over the course of the year. We do not have the sampler honeys planned out far in advance, so you should be open to a little surprise and intrigue. We cannot accommodate any requests or substitutions in the samplers.
If you're interested in a single-season honey sampler, see this product listing.
We never heat our honey over natural hive temperatures (under 100°), and we only filter it minimally, so it may include pollen, small wax particles, and the occasional bee bit. All natural honey will solidify eventually. To liquify, place the jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water. Our honeys are never flavored or infused with added ingredients. The varietal names indicate the primary nectar source plants the bees were foraging on at the time of surplus honey production.
If you intend to buy this honey as a gift, please include a note for the recipient at checkout.

The shipping cost for four seasons of honey samplers is $26. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
